The Rising Tides Leadership Diversity Index is the first comprehensive measurement of the representation of women and people of color on corporate boards of directors and executive leadership teams.

Built by a team with years of quantitative, algorithmic, and statistical modeling experience, the Index is the first baseline to demonstrate the placement of under represented people in positions of power and influence.

Each company in the Fortune 50 was scored based on the diversity of their teams, and where they've placed women and people of color. It will be updated annually.

Any organization can submit their data and be scored against the Leadership Diversity Index.
